THe criticising pattern
If you have the criticising pattern, then you tend to criticise others for their shortcomings or mistakes. When something goes wrong or you are unhappy about the way they are relating to you, you lead with criticism about what they’re doing wrong and you. The problem with this is by focusing on someone else’s flaws and blaming them for their shortcomings is that it makes people feel criticised.
It doesn’t encourage the other person to listen to you and it is likely that the other person will get defensive and it leads to arguments and fights.
