Hi, I’m Victoria. Welcome to Inner Child Work, UK where I offer compassionate, internal family systems therapy and inner child work for adults in Newcastle, UK, in-person and online. I provide a safe and supportive environment for anyone seeking to explore internal family systems therapy, nurture self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and strengthen their mental well-being.

I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out. My approach to therapy is rooted in calmness, gentleness and compassion. I often work with those who are highly sensitive and find healing in calm spaces where they feel held and attuned to.

Many of previous clients have felt drawn to IFS and inner child work because they have tried counselling and traditional talk therapy and haven’t found sustainable healing. IFS therapy offers a beautiful compassionate framework for gently getting to the root of many emotional difficulties by befriending and unburdening parts and releasing the hurt, emotions and pain they carry.

I’ve witnessed first-hand people feel more calm, lighter in their bodies, grow in self-confidence and smile more, which has been such a joy to see. 

My clients have appreciated my intuitive approach through gentle inquiry – uncovering the emotions and beliefs that keep them emotionally stuck. If you’d like a therapy approach that helps you to understand the internal dynamics in your psyche that keep you stuck in the past, IFS therapy could be a good approach for you.

I can ask the intuitive questions your system needs to feel seen, heard, understood, appreciated, so you can make new neural connections, uncover blindspots and find emotional integration. This helps you to get to know yourself and feel confident about who you are.
